Utilize this transitional, state-of-the-art theater for presentations and to add excitement to your next meeting!

• Maximum number of guests: Theater seating for 130 guests; reception seating for 80 with dance floor; 100 guests without
• Availability: Year-round, five hours private use from 6:00-11:00pm

Facility Rentals Include

• 60” round tables, 6’ and 8’ banquet tables and seating for up to 150 guests, set up prior to your arrival
• Podium and microphone
• Complimentary parking in our 65-space lot
• Security guard, event supervisor, animal trainer and maintenance services
• 10% discount available for non-profit organizations
• Bird encounters are available during your event for an additional $200-375 or even add on access to our free-flight habitats

Please Note:

• Guest totals above 250 require additional security at renter’s expense
• Events with 20+ children (13 years old or younger) in attendance require an additional $100 staffing fee
• The National Aviary does not permit the following either inside the facility or under the Rose Garden Tent: flame candles/votives, balloons, birdseed/rice tosses, glow sticks/bracelets/necklaces, or pets
• Alcohol service not permitted during business hours of 10 am-5 pm
• The National Aviary does not permit self-serve bars
• The National Aviary is NOT an allergen-free facility, as many of our birds’ diets include nuts, seeds, and other potential human allergens
