Saving Species with Science Teen Camp

August 5 |

Monday – Friday, August 5 – 9 |  9 am – 3 pm | Ages 13 – 16
Members: $230; Non-Members: $250

Got a curious, animal-loving teen who is interested in exploring the science of birds, just like we do at the National Aviary? Studying animal behaviors and their care here at home can help us understand how to protect avian species. National Aviary scientists conduct research and provide their expertise from right here in Pittsburgh all around the globe, spanning from Ecuador to South Africa. During this fun and engaging summer camp, teens will learn from Aviary experts how we use science every day to care for our birds, how to help to save species from extinction, and how they can get involved!
