This winter Yoga in the Park takes flight at the National Aviary!  

The Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh brings its belovedYoga in the Parkseries indoors for a special bird-themed experiencein The Garden Room.  

Join us for a free yoga session designed to help your mind, body, and spirit soar. A National Aviary Animal Ambassador will greet you, setting the tone for a mindful, uplifting practice inspired by the graceful movements of our feathered friends.
