A #Throwback to Living Dinosaurs!

It's almost summertime-so let's remember the exciting dinosaur theme we had at this time last year! How many of you visited the National Aviary then? Birds are the only living descendants of dinosaurs. Paleontologists believe that birds descended from a family of dinosaurs called “Theropods.” Other members of the Theropod family included Velociraptors and the T-rex!
