Bird Photography Workshop

September 14 |

Sun., September 14 and 21 |  9 – 11 am
$299 per person*
*Includes both sessions and National Aviary General Admission

Learn how to snap that picture-perfect wildlife shot! Focus on refining your bird photography skills with a two-part program taught by National Aviary Educator and Photographer Mike Faix, an accomplished nature photographer with years of experience capturing evocative imagery of stunning species in various settings…AND he’ll walk you through how to do the same!

Practice portraiture during special visits from National Aviary Animal Ambassadors, including stately owls or colorful macaws. Then venture into the Aviary’s dynamic and immersive habitats, to put your newfound skills to the test as curious curassows and laughing Inca Terns strut and fly by!

Open to participants 13 years or older; those under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Designed for photographers with basic to intermediate skills.
