Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel your program, please contact us soon as possible and at least 48 hours in advance of your originally scheduled date and time. There is no fee to reschedule or cancel a program if you provide at least 48 hours notice. A $50 fee will be charged to your holding credit card for failure to provide at least 48 hours notice.

Failure to cancel or reschedule a program prior to the class, resulting in a “no call, no show” will be charged the full amount for the program. This is due to the need to compensate for staff time needed to set up and prepare for each class.

In the case of inclement weather, the cancellation or rescheduling fee is waived.

Late Arrivals
Please make every effort to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled program. Due to the number of classes scheduled each day, late arrivals will have time deducted from their program.
