Celebrate the Aviary's flock while sampling food from some of Pittsburgh's finest restaurants and swaying to the reggae rhythms of The Freedom Band.

March 13
Hoots in the Night
Meet some of the Aviary's nocturnal birds and learn about the unique adaptations that help them thrive (and hoot) in the night. 11am - 2pm.

March 17
Green Bird Scavenger Hunt
Pick up a Scavenger Hunt sheet at the Aviary and see if you can find all the green birds in the flock. Children under 12 who participate receive a take-away treat.

March 19
Won't You Be My Neighbor? Day
Wear a sweater in honor of Mister Roger's birthday! The National Aviary will be offering FREE admission from 10 am - 5 pm.

March 27 & April 3
Meet the Easter Bunny
Meet the Easter Bunny and have your photo taken with him. Meet some of the Aviary's feathery friends up close and enjoy coloring and activities. Each child will receive a special take-away treat. Guests will take their own photos. 11am - 1pm
