Donations will be considered only for non-profit organizations, organizations serving those with special needs, and other community partners.

 Donations will generally consist of two admission passes. These passes may be of restricted use and will expire within a year of the request or earlier.

 Requests must be received at least 30 days in advance of the date of the event or fundraiser.

 Donations will be filled chronologically by the date of the event.

 Donations will be mailed 2 weeks prior to the event.

 Only one donation request will be accepted per organization each calendar year.

 Letters sent or faxed must be printed on the organization’s letterhead.

 Donation requests will not be accepted by phone.
